We are looking for a highly skilled ESG Consultant to join our team on a freelance basis. This role is ideal for a sustainability expert with experience in AI-powered ESG automation, carbon footprint calculations, and climate risk analysis. You will play a key role in helping organizations enhance their ESG strategies through data-driven insights and AI-based automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sale Stage:

• Provide consulting services on ESG risk mitigation and sustainability roadmaps.

• Advise clients on AI-driven ESG scenario simulations to enhance decision-making.

Development Stage:

ESG Data Collection & AI Integration:

• Define data requirements for AI-driven ESG assessment tools.

• Collaborate with AI engineers to automate data extraction from sustainability reports.

• Ensure the integration of public ESG datasets into predictive risk models.

Climate Risk & Carbon Footprint Analysis:

• Develop AI-powered carbon footprint assessment models.

• Design frameworks for climate vulnerability and risk assessment.

• Automate materiality analysis for double materiality reporting.

ESG Reporting & Compliance:

• Oversee compliance with CSRD, TCFD, GRI, SBTi, and other ESG reporting frameworks.

• Develop automated sustainability reports, integrating emissions data and mitigation strategies.

Decarbonization Strategy & Supply Chain Risk Management:

• Develop AI-powered carbon reduction transition plans.

• Implement supply chain ESG risk models to track supplier compliance.

• Define ESG impact benchmarks and predictive analytics models.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of CSRD, TCFD, GRI, SBTi, SFDR, and carbon footprinting frameworks.

• Experience working with AI-powered ESG automation tools.

• Ability to collaborate with AI teams to integrate sustainability data pipelines.

• Familiarity with supply chain ESG risk assessment and climate modeling.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills for client advisory and compliance consulting.
