Senior Business Analyst

About the project:
Join a forward-thinking company with a robust European presence specializing in commodity trading and innovative energy solutions. We're embarking on a project to overhaul the global internal management system to meet growing business demands.
Key components include:
- Data consolidation and processing
- ETL implementation
- Automated workflows and calculations
- PowerBI reporting
- Various permission levels
You'll collaborate with a team of 5 Engineers, 2 MQAs, a BA, and a PM under the guidance of an Architect.
About you:
- Experience in working as a Business Analyst (4+) for a tech company;
- Upper Intermediate+ level of written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of Business Analysis Theory;
- Knowledge of Scrum methodology;
- Strong client management skills;
- Strong soft skills: communication, problem-solving, analytical, systems thinking and functional decomposition skills, self-organization and attention to detail, time-management skills;
- Experience in Requirements Management
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle;
- Basic technical and engineering knowledge;
- Strong leadership and influencing skills, with confidence in explaining complex processes or technical details to diverse groups of people
- Writing of software requirement specifications in the form of User Stories, Use Cases;
- Experience in using Jira & Confluence;
- Experience in drawing BPMN and Flow diagrams;
Nice to have:
- Reading API documentation (swagger);
- Experience in working with AI projects;
You will work with:
- Defining business needs and goals and their translation into software requirements;
- Business and Competitors Analysis with the aim to find the best tech solution for a client’s needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams;
- Requirements management, writing of user stories and acceptance criteria, and its improvement based on close cooperation with development and stakeholders teams;
- Priority management and ensuring the roadmap is aligned with backlog priorities;
- Product backlog management and other Agile (scrum) activities in the role of a PO;
- Care about continuous improvement of customer satisfaction;
