🎯 How you will make an impact:

• Research and select suitable suppliers.

• Request, compare, and evaluate quotations.

• Assess suppliers by price, quality, reliability, and sustainability.

• Lead price and contract negotiations.

• Conclude framework and individual contracts in line with legal requirements.

• Create and monitor purchase orders.

• Ensure on-time delivery and manage schedules.

• Handle complaints regarding defects or delays.

• Monitor spending and budget compliance.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities.

• Track price developments, market trends, and innovations.

✅ What you need to be successful:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement or as strategic buyer.

• Strong negotiation and supplier-management skills.

• Solid understanding of sourcing and contract processes.

• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup.

• Fluency in German and English.

• Experience with procurement/ERP tools (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics) preferred.
