We are looking for an experienced Digital Paid Media Manager to join us on a temporary basis to cover a parental leave. This is a hands-on role focused on managing paid media execution across channels and markets while working closely with internal marketing teams and external agency partners.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned paid media professional who can quickly take ownership of campaigns, drive performance, and ensure continuity across a fast-paced international marketing environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Ensure campaigns are launched, monitored and optimized in line with agreed objectives, budgets and timelines.
  • Maintain visibility over campaign performance, spend pacing and delivery across multiple markets and audience segments.
  • Support campaign execution and bid optimization using tools such as Optimyzr and other platform-native capabilities.

Agency Management & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary point of contact for external paid media agencies, ensuring strong communication, accountability and delivery against agreed plans.
  • Translate campaign priorities into clear execution briefs and align agency activity with business objectives.
  • Partner closely with internal Growth Marketing Managers and other marketing stakeholders to coordinate campaign planning and execution.
  • Provide regular performance updates, recommendations and risk assessments to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor campaign performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, lead quality and results.
  • Analyze key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, MQL volume and conversion performance to guide optimization decisions.
  • Recommend adjustments to budget allocation, channel mix, targeting strategies and creative assets based on performance data.
  • Ensure always-on campaigns remain healthy and responsive to changing market conditions across regions.

Reporting & Budget Management

  • Track campaign spend and performance against allocated budgets.
  • Support monthly reporting processes and provide actionable performance insights to marketing stakeholders.
  • Ensure campaign tracking, attribution and account structures remain aligned with internal reporting standards.
  • Assist with budget administration, invoicing and procurement activities related to paid media programs.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU

Required

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid media or performance marketing experience.
  • Availability to join in August 2026 for a temporary 4-month engagement.
  • Strong working knowledge of at least three of the following platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
  • Experience managing external agencies and driving performance through clear goals and accountability.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into action.
  • Proactive and self-sufficient, able to identify challenges and improvement opportunities without extensive guidance.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English.Nice to Have
  • Experience with Optimyzr or similar bid management and automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Experience within B2B SaaS, logistics, transportation, marketplace or technology businesses.
  • Experience working across multiple brands, regions or international markets.
  • Spanish language skills.
