ABOUT THE ROLE
The Alpega Group is looking for a Field Sales Representative for The Netherlands. This role will be part of the Sales team in Teleroute and will be based in The Netherlands. In this role, you will have a dual function: maintain and expand a portfolio of accounts in the logistics space (freight forwarders and carriers) and will acquire new logos for Teleroute across the Netherlands.
Responsabilities:
- You will implement the sales strategy in your area.
- You will ensure that the sales objectives defined for your area are achieved.
- You will analyze your territory and its market and identify development opportunities.
- You will organize your sales activities independently (prospecting, demos, negotiations, visits, etc.).
- You will meet physically/virtually with your strategic clients on a regular basis.
- You will maintain excellent relations with existing customers.
- You will be responsible for the proper management of our CRM.
- You will collaborate effectively with your team and other departments.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU
- You have a minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience, of which 3 should be in a field sales-related role.
- Ideally, have experience selling SaaS and transportation solutions (not mandatory).
- Dutch language proficiency at the C2 level
- English language proficiency at the C1 level
- You have a strong ability to create your own pipeline and to prospect.
- You are an expert in commercial negotiation, and you are 100% result-oriented.
- You are autonomous, positive and energetic. You have a strong team spirit.
- You are analytical and have good problem-solving skills.
- You have excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills.
- You are used to virtual sales and master digital tools (Teams, Salesforce...).
