About the team

Alma is strengthening its consumer strategy to create more value for end customers and drive satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat purchases. To support this ambition, we are hiring an experienced Product Marketing Manager to explore, size, and launch new B2C services for Alma consumers.

In this role, you will lead the development of new service propositions, from identifying market opportunities to shaping the value proposition and driving go-to-market execution. Potential areas include services such as insurance, cashback, and other consumer-facing offers that enhance the Alma experience.

This is a highly strategic and cross-functional position, ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with sharp customer understanding and hands-on execution. You will work closely with Product, Data, Brand, Design, and Operations to turn opportunities into impactful launches.

About the job

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in taking new B2C services from early exploration to market launch. You will sit at the intersection of customer insight, market intelligence, offer design, product & pricing strategy, and commercial packaging, ensuring that Alma builds services that customers want and that create meaningful business impact.

Your main missions will be:

  • Market & Competitive Intelligence Build a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, emerging service categories, and competitor moves. You will identify whitespace opportunities and help Alma stay ahead of the market.
  • Opportunity exploration, sizing, and strategic recommendations Explore new B2C service opportunities, assess their strategic fit, estimate their market potential and financial viability and formulate clear recommendations on where Alma should play and why.
  • Service packaging & pricing Design the offer packaging and contribute to pricing strategy, balancing customer appeal, market competitiveness, and business impact.
  • Positioning & value proposition Define compelling value propositions for new services and craft clear, differentiated positioning and messaging that resonate with consumers.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy Design go-to-market strategies and lead cross-functional launch plans to bring new services to market successfully, from initial concept to rollout and performance tracking.

About you

  • You have 6-8 years of experience among which 2-3 years experience in exploring, sizing and launching B2C monetised services
  • Experiences in Fintech and/or consultancy are an advantage
  • You have a strong ability to assess market opportunities and translate insights into strategic recommendations
  • You have excellent communication skills and a structured, analytical mindset
  • You are customer-centric
  • You are a a critical thinker and a problem solver
  • You excel in team environments
  • You are fluent in English

You bring a sharp understanding of markets, customer needs, and business potential, and you know how to translate that into compelling propositions and go-to-market plans.
