ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for a Junior Financial Controller / FP&A analyst, who will work closely with the FP&A Manager and in tight collaboration with the Business and Accounting teams.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on a wide range of corporate finance topics in a fast-growing company, with high visibility and strong exposure to cross-functional teams, progressive autonomy on financial tasks, and to contribute to more complex and strategic projects.

What you will be doing

Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will play a central role in reporting financial performance, standardizing reporting processes and analyzing performance.

  • Financial controlling / Financial reporting
    • Participate in monthly closes in coordination with the Accounting team (review P&L, reconciliations, cut-offs, provisions, etc.)
    • Establish and maintain financial controls and data quality standards.
    • Prepare financial analyses for management (P&L by country, business line, etc.).
    • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of recurring financial outputs, autonomously managing routine financial tasks and delivering high-quality deliverables.
  • FP&A / Performance & Business partnering
    • Support quarterly forecasts preparation ; work closely with business teams (Marketing, People, Risk, Ops, Product) to understand the P&L drivers and challenge assumptions.
    • Track performance vs. plan and provide actionable business recommendations.
    • Ensure reliable reporting at the relevant level of granularity to help leadership drive growth and efficiency.
    • Contribute to the quarterly Board deck and associated investor reporting.
    • Contribute to more complex projects : proactively identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve existing processes.

This role has a direct impact on the financial steering of the company, and provides direct exposure to C-level and Business teams. You will contribute to how financial performance is monitored, analyzed, and reported across the company. You’ll own recurring financial processes (budgeting, variance analysis, reporting) with growing autonomy, while progressively expanding your scope toward more complex analyses, projects, and cross-functional topics, building both your technical expertise and your business acumen along the way.

ABOUT YOU

  • Profile & Experience
    • 2 to 4 years of experience in FP&A, Audit / TS or Corporate/Investment Banking.
    • Graduate of a top business school, majoring in Finance
    • Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
    • Fluency in French and English (international environment).
    • Analytical skills: ability to interpret numbers, identify trends, and take a step back to put analyses into perspective.

ABOUT THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS

We'll aim at running the process in 2 to 3 weeks following the steps below:

  • Written case study on site to debrief with the Finance Manager & VP Finance 
  • Visio call with the Head of Financing and Capital Optimization
