Overall Job Description

allO wouldn’t be a start-up high-growth leader without its successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified full-time or part-time Sales Development Representative to sell our SaaS software product solutions and services over the phone that help improve the lives of restaurant owners, staff, and customers. The ideal candidate will understand the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing appointments for our Sales Executives over the phone. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills. 

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Active identification and outreach to potential restaurant customers through various channels such as phone, email, and social media
  • Qualification of leads, arranging of meetings and handover to the Sales Executive
  • Building and maintaining a robust pipeline through continuous market research and lead generation
  • Collaboration with the sales team to maintain a steady pipeline to achieve daily KPI’s
  • Regular reporting on your activities and results to the sales management
  • Participation in product and sales training to gain a deep understanding of our solutions and the market

 

Your Profile

  • Initial professional experience in sales or lead generation, ideally in the B2B sector and in SaaS software solutions
  • Enthusiasm for building customer relationships
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to identify customer needs and present suitable solutions
  • Goal-oriented work approach and the motivation to actively tackle challenges - you don’t accept a no
  • Strong team player and excellent communication as well as organizational skills
  • Native or excellent Vietnamese language skills along with proficiency in English; any additional languages are a big plus
