What you will do: 

• Provides overall leadership of client projects and aspects of the client relationship and commercial process within those relationships
• Leads and manages complex programs to ensure on-time delivery that meets agreed upon goals, leveraging Alaikas best practice, their own expertise and the firm’s technical competence.
• Guides and influences clients as well as the insurance ecosystem in an informed way across all situations including execution becoming trusted advisors.
• Engages fully in building business by identifying new and expanded opportunities.
• Creates exciting and additive intellectual capital through their thought leadership, and are knowledgeable on a broad range of adjacent topics.
• Understanding of factors (e.g. fintechs/insuretechs, ESG, CX/UX, macroeconomic influences) impacting the BFSI industry and how to address the client’s business challenges. 
• Develops others and build a followership as part of their asset building for the firm.
• Leads firm building activities, seen as a role model for firm values with a strong personal brand within and outside of the firm and are well regarded by Partners, peers, other market-players and clients. 

 Experience:  

• Known as a fully rounded insurance expert based on >10 years of experience in a leading global insurance organization; successful business technology consulting in an insurance practice of a tier 1 management consulting house or similar background (incl. high profile references). 
• Proven track record in insurance technology and innovation   
• Global work experience in the insurance sector with the capability to cover multiple EMEA geographies, incl. regulations
• Strong negotiation and team leading skills  
• Track record in insurance thought leadership, publications, key notes etc.
