What you will do:

• Create Impact for our Clients: Alongside your colleagues you will help identify information sources, gather and interpret data, execute analyses, and present findings to team members and client stakeholders.
• Grow & Take Responsibility: Develop your analytical, interpersonal, critical thinking, technology, and business management skills from day one while taking on increasing responsibilities.
• Be a Trusted Cybersecurity Professional:
• Analyze the cybersecurity structures and maturity of our clients.
• Contribute to the conception, design, and implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
• Help establish risk and compliance processes and develop policy frameworks.
• Develop Long-Term Strategies: Actively participate in creating opportunities for new client projects by developing long-term cybersecurity strategies.
• Help Others Grow: Engage in mentoring and support colleagues in their professional development.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: A degree in an IT or analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Engineering) from a leading university with an exceptional track record.
• Professional Experience: At least 1 year of relevant full-time experience in Cybersecurity consulting or a B2B Cybersecurity environment. Previous work experience gained in a high-paced environment such as a top (VC-backed) start-up, strategy consultancy, investment bank/venture capital/private equity is a plus.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Ideally, you hold certifications in relevant Cybersecurity standards (e.g., Security+, CySA+, ISO 27001, CISSP, CCSP, CISM). Knowledge of BaFin BAIT/VAIT regulations is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership, and you prefer to ask for forgiveness rather than permission.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills; fluency in both German and English is required.
