Munich

Probably the least boring job you’ll ever have.

At air up, we don’t just make bottles. We unbore water with flavor by scent. It makes no sense until you try it, and once you do, there’s no going back. Behind it all are teams pushing boundaries every day. Product bends taste and design in new directions. Marketing turns ideas into moments people talk about. Operations makes sure those moments reach hands everywhere.
Working here feels like stepping on stage: professionalism meets passion, curiosity meets courage. You’ll experiment, fail fast, learn faster, and actually see your ideas come to life. It's refreshingly low politics and low ego. Just smart, driven people who lift each other up and make things happen. And whatever happens, it sure won't be boring.

Welcome to air up.

Thirsty for a role at the intersection of trade marketing, field activations, and retail operations? 💧

At air up, we’re changing how the world drinks water through the power of scent. After conquering the digital space, we’re rapidly scaling our offline retail presence across Europe—and we need you to help us own the shelf and the field. As our Working Student for Business Development & Operations in our Retail team, you'll be at the heart of our expansion. You'll connect early customer interest with what actually happens in stores. This means organizing hands-on sampling events, where our products are tested and promoted in person. It also means supporting other in-person events. On top of that, you'll help boost our in-store marketing. You'll do this by optimizing shelf and display setups and by coordinating with external partner agencies. Your day-to-day work includes organizing in-person store events, tracking campaign data, and managing supplies and shipments. All of this directly fuels our growth in physical retail, as opposed to online. If you're a retail-loving, enthusiastic business student ready to turn what you learn from shoppers into real-world wins, join us in Munich. Let's change how the world drinks, one supermarket aisle at a time!
