Be extraordinary - Excite the ordinary!

Our vision is to make a healthy and sustainable lifestyle the most attractive choice. So we defy: the status quo, misleading product, and nonsense rules! We truly believe in the power of ideas and are thirsty to realize the ones that could have impact. We're an eclectic bunch of creative minds, experts, builders, and improvers. Our perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, dreams, skills, and life paths may have nothing in common, but we gather behind a vision and sail together towards our ambitious goals

Are you looking to take on a new challenge? Let's talk.

We’re looking for an energetic and highly organized Ambassador Program Intern - Italy to support our growing ambassador & organic seeding program. In this role, you’ll help identify potential ambassadors, coordinate product gifting, and nurture a community of everyday users who genuinely love our product. You’ll encourage and track organic content creation, support program operations, and help ensure our ambassadors feel inspired, engaged, and connected to the brand.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of advocacy marketing, giving you direct insight into how authentic word-of-mouth drives brand growth.

***This role is located in Germany, ideally Munich. ***

Your responsibilities

  • Ambassador Identification & Outreach
Identify individuals who match our key buyer personas. Not traditional creators, but real users with meaningful social networks. Support outreach, gifting coordination, and ongoing communication with advocates and ambassadors.
  • Program Operations & Gifting Coordination
Support a streamlined gifting workflow, from shortlist creation and updating internal tools to preparing necessary information for our logistics partners. Ensure gifting runs smoothly and ambassadors receive their products without friction.
  • Organic Content Encouragement, Tracking & Community Monitoring
Encourage ambassadors to share their genuine experiences after receiving the product. Track organic posts, collect UGC, and help maintain internal dashboards. Monitor ongoing ambassador activity to understand what resonates and where we can deepen engagement.
  • Community Support & Relationship Building
Engage with ambassadors in a friendly, supportive way. Follow up on content, re-engage enthusiastic users, and contribute to a structured ambassador community that feels seen, appreciated, and excited to participate.
  • Performance Insights & Reporting
Compile weekly insights on organic content performance, ambassador activity, and emerging trends. Share learnings with the team to support ongoing optimization.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with the Creator Marketing, Social Media, and Retail teams to align on gifting needs, audience insights, and opportunities to amplify ambassador-driven content.
  • Event Support
Assist in planning and coordinating ambassador events, including logistics, communication, and post-event feedback collection.
