Strategy & Business Development Associate
Be extraordinary - Excite the ordinary!
Our vision is to make a healthy and sustainable lifestyle the most attractive choice. So we defy: the status quo, misleading product, and nonsense rules! We truly believe in the power of ideas and are thirsty to realize the ones that could have impact. We're an eclectic bunch of creative minds, experts, builders, and improvers. Our perspectives, cultures, backgrounds, dreams, skills, and life paths may have nothing in common, but we gather behind a vision and sail together towards our ambitious goals.
Are you looking to take on a new challenge? Let's talk.
As a Strategy & Business Development Associate, you'll be a key player on our central Strategy team, driving our most critical growth initiatives. You’ll dive deep into the projects that are shaping our future: supporting our expansion into new markets, coordinating key growth projects, and helping to craft the strategic narrative we share with our teams and investors.
***This role is located in Munich***
Your responsibilities
- Orchestrate our Growth Bets: Own the PMO process for our most critical company initiatives, running the planning and review cycles that keep our key projects on track and moving at lightning speed.
- Drive International Expansion Projects: Take the lead on the analytical deep-dives and project management needed to enter new markets, from initial research and recommendation through to supporting and driving a successful launch.
- Tackle Cross-Functional Challenges: Jump into diverse, high-priority initiatives across the company, acting as a project lead to structure the problem, align teams, and drive the project to a successful outcome.
- Contribute to Our Strategic Narrative: Support our leadership team by crafting compelling materials for investor relations, key internal communications, and overall corporate strategy projects.
This is you
