With Content Creator and Influencer Marketing being a key marketing channel for air up and contributing to a major part of our revenue and business growth, we are looking for a Senior Influencer Manager for the French market who is passionate about combining creativity with data-driven performance.

 

***This role is located in Germany***

 

Your responsibilities

  • Ownership: You are responsible for the Influencer Marketing activities in France and are one of the channel representatives for the market.
  • Strategy: You help define and assist the long- and short-term strategy for the French market based on the market needs provided by your team lead + head of
  • Campaign & Budget planning: You plan your influencer campaigns according to our overall brand, marketing and content strategy with operational excellence. You also keep track and steer your team accordingly.
  • You are responsible for the planning and management of your own 6 digit monthly budget for macro and mega influencer campaigns. (from beginning to end: outreach, negotiations, contract set up, campaign management, tracking, briefing, content review, performance analysis, reporting etc).
  • Campaign Ideation: Together with the French team and talent agencies, you will develop and implement innovative campaign ideas for our presence across all social media platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, etc and for each of our influencers and creators (from editorial planning to management and implementation).
  • Cross-functional: You stay up to date in the influencer marketing industry trends and implement them into your campaigns. (knowledge sharing when appropriate to increase your markets' visibility)
  • Collaboration: You support influencer integrated campaigns and work closely with other marketing departments (Paid social, Social Organic, CRM, E-Comm etc.)

 

That's you

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business Administration or in a related field, alternatively you have equivalent vocational training
  • You have at least 3 years of Influencer Marketing experience on the French market and in an in-house team and have a great understanding of the French culture and the influencer marketing scene
  • You have a high affinity and knowledge about influencer marketing and its KPIs, and are comfortable working with extensive data
  • You possess an exception balance between creativity, operational excellence and organizational skills that the role requires
  • You think creatively when it comes to influencer marketing and bring innovation to the influencer marketing strategy and approach
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are not afraid to take ownership of your budget and campaigns and see yourself as a great negotiator
  • You are fluent in French and English
