Our Sales Team is committed to expanding our presence in the offline retail channel by driving growth with both existing and new customers. As a Sales Coordinator DACH, you'll play a key role in supporting this expansion by working closely with the sales team in Germany, Austria and Switzerland to ensure seamless operations and successful customer engagement. You’ll be part of a collaborative and dynamic team spread across Europe.

Your responsibilities
- Account Management: Work closely with Key Account Managers in planning and executing customer initiatives in DACH
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing sales decks, pricing calculations, and strategic client meetings
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Process and monitor orders and sell-out performance to provide key insights
- Data Management: Maintain accurate customer and master data in internal systems and customer portals
- Campaign Execution: Support the planning and implementation of sales campaigns and activations
- Customer Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new customers
This is you
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent vocational training
- Experience in sales support or customer service, ideally in an international environment and within the Consumer Goods / Retail industry
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / MS Office; experience with Markant or retail customer portals is a plus
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and a customer-oriented approach
- Proactive mindset, organizational talent, and a structured way of working
