We’re looking for a passionate Amazon expert with a love for project management who’s ready to make air ups journey on Amazon their very own venture! If you’re driven to uncover the “why” behind Amazon's trends and developments—and can turn those insights into powerful, growth-driven strategies—this role is for you!

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon DE, UK, and IT marketplaces, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with Amazon's guidelines.
  • Align Amazon strategies with the broader channel vision, supporting long-term growth goals and driving consistent performance.
  • Analyze sales data, traffic, conversion rates, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities, develop actionable insights, and maintain alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to boost product visibility and maximize conversion rates.
  • Oversee Amazon advertising campaigns to attract targeted traffic and maximize ROI, adjusting tactics to enhance overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (S&OP, Warehouse, Finance, Brand Coms, Data, Legal) to ensure smooth product launches, comprehensive reporting, and adherence to Amazon best practices.

  • You are a passionate project manager with a flair for making a meaningful impact while keeping a holistic perspective.
  • With >2 years of Amazon experience under your belt, you know the ins and outs of the platform (Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central) and are ready to leverage your expertise for growth.
  • Your talent for transforming complex data into compelling, 360-degree strategies sets you apart and drives results.
  • You possess excellent analytical skills, enabling you to identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • You thrive on presenting to your stakeholders, crafting tailored strategies that capture the "call to action" and round up your communication expertise with proficiency in German or Italian, alongside English.
  • As an empowering people person, you foster collaboration and inspire your team to achieve success by keeping everyone in the loop.
