Gummicube's culture is entrepreneurial, collaborative, client-focused, and hands-on. We value people who are curious about mobile growth, comfortable working across functions, and motivated by helping customers improve performance through data-driven recommendations and disciplined execution.

About the Role

At Gummicube, you will work in a focused, specialized business where app store performance, mobile growth, client outcomes, and data-driven execution are central to the work. Our teams are intentionally cross-functional, which means you'll often see how your work affects the full ASO process, including strategy, analytics, creative, client delivery, and product feedback. This is a good fit for someone who enjoys agency-style client work, fast-moving priorities, practical problem solving, and close collaboration with teammates across disciplines.

In this role, you will lead growth strategy and revenue expansion across a portfolio of ASO and mobile growth clients. You'll combine performance marketing expertise with consultative leadership to help clients achieve measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Own client growth, retention, and revenue expansion for a portfolio of Gummicube accounts, using strategic planning and data-driven recommendations to deliver measurable business outcomes
  • Lead business reviews, quarterly planning sessions, and growth strategy presentations for your clients, translating complex performance data into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Mentor and develop Growth Managers, Analysts, and Specialists on your team, providing strategic guidance and career development support
  • Drive budget expansion and secure incremental investment opportunities by demonstrating value through forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modeling
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives across Paid Media, Business Development, and Account teams to align client strategy with Gummicube's ASO methodology and services
  • Improve operational excellence by developing processes, documentation, and best practices that raise the bar for the broader team
  • Use attribution platforms, analytics tools, and data visualization solutions to inform strategy and drive business decisions
  • Use AI-powered tools where appropriate to improve personal productivity, reporting efficiency, and strategic analysis

*Duties and responsibilities described are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time; or the scope of the job may change as necessitated by business demands. Responsibilities may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, user acquisition, digital marketing, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of experience leading client strategy, owning accounts, and managing teams
  • Experience managing $1M+ in annual media budget (or equivalent portfolio responsibility)
  • Track record of growing revenue, client spend, or portfolio value
  • Experience presenting performance results and strategy recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Deep familiarity with digital marketing metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, incrementality, and attribution
  • Direct experience building campaigns on platforms such as Apple Search Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google App Campaigns, or similar
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adjust your style based on your audience
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, client-focused, remote environment
  • Strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail

We'd Be Delighted If You Also Have

  • Experience with App Store Optimization, app store analytics, or mobile conversion optimization
  • Experience working with enterprise clients or in agency-style client engagements
  • Familiarity with Gummicube's tools, the App Store, Google Play, or app store creative testing and conversion optimization
  • Experience analyzing complex issues and developing realistic plans, programs, and recommendations for diverse stakeholders
  • Comfort presenting to C-level stakeholders and connecting marketing activities to broader business objectives
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools in your personal or professional life - or an eagerness to learn
