  • Maintain organized pipelines and clear reporting in the ATS

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (3–5 years total professional experience acceptable if recruiting-focused)
  • Proven track record running requisitions end-to-end in dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
  • Experience tracking and reporting on recruiting metrics

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities shift quickly
  • Prior startup experience (Series A/B/C) preferred
