About the Role:
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing product and feature launches, working at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales. This role will require a strategic mindset, a deep understanding of Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, and ownership of key verticals and problem spaces. You'll work cross-functionally to better understand our market, customers, and competitive landscape, while enabling the sales team with compelling stories and assets to drive success.
What You'll Do:
- Product & Feature Launches: Collaborate with product management to develop launch strategies and bring new products and features to market effectively. Provide input into the product roadmap and ensure alignment with market needs.
- GTM Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute GTM strategies, including use cases, value propositions, messaging, and campaign plans for products and features.
- Market Segmentation & Vertical Ownership: Define market segments, verticals, and target audiences. Own one or more verticals and problem spaces, becoming a subject matter expert to tailor marketing efforts to specific industry needs.
- Sales Enablement: Create customized pitch decks, case studies, product briefs, and other enablement tools to empower the sales team throughout the sales process.
- Competitive Intelligence: Collect, analyze, and share actionable competitive insights at a regular cadence to inform product positioning, messaging, and sales strategies.
- Customer Marketing & Product Adoption: Design and run programs to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and advocacy. Collaborate with Customer Success to gather feedback and showcase customer stories and case studies.

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of product marketing or related experience in high-velocity B2B SaaS, Martech, or similar fields.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 or enterprise-level customers is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple product launches and deliverables simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research, GTM strategy, and competitive analysis.
- Experience with customer journey mapping, market segmentation, and creating effective sales enablement assets.
Compensation at Airship
Airship’s compensation is determined by a variety of factors including market data, experience ladders, and geographical location. The starting salary range for this position is: $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Some roles may also be eligible for commission, bonus, competitive equity packages and other performance incentives. In addition, we also provide an extensive suite of Benefits offerings as part of our Total Rewards approach to compensation.
