About this role:
This role is responsible for driving adoption and operational success across Aidoc's Clinical AI Solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate combines healthcare industry knowledge with strong enablement skills, translating complex clinical workflows into scalable training, content, and best practices that support customer and internal team success.
Working cross-functionally with Product, Regulatory, Customer Success, Delivery, Analytics, Product Marketing, and Commercial teams, you will develop enablement programs, training materials, and rollout frameworks that help healthcare organizations successfully operationalize clinical AI solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Enablement Programs & Product Readiness
- Own training programs for internal and customer-facing teams.
- Lead enablement planning and execution for product launches and updates.
- Identify adoption barriers and develop scalable solutions.
- Ensure training content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with product capabilities.
2. Content & Knowledge Management
- Develop and maintain enablement playbooks, guides, and implementation resources.
- Manage product knowledge repositories and customer-facing educational content.
- Translate clinical, technical, and regulatory concepts into clear, practical materials.
3. Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner with Product, Regulatory, Customer Success, Delivery, Analytics, and Commercial teams.
- Support customer rollouts, go-lives, and strategic adoption initiatives.
- Bring field insights back to product teams to improve future solutions.
Requirements:
Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation and content development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Experience:
- 3+ years in healthcare technology, medical devices, clinical software, consulting, customer success, enablement, implementation, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and care delivery environments.
- Experience working directly with clinicians and healthcare administrators.
- Experience supporting enterprise software deployments, onboarding, or change management initiatives is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
