Job Summary:

Day-to-day you will be expected to:

A key component of client mission to empower retirement savings includes effortless plan onboarding and ongoing plan administration. You will support clients, through coordination with their payroll systems, to ensure their payroll implementation is frictionless. This will include direct engagement with payroll providers, configuring integrations for a high volume of clients simultaneously, and liaising with internal teams to test and ensure the integration is functioning as intended.

  1. Reference existing documentation on payroll systems, integration limitations, set up processes, & ongoing maintenance to be a resource to client for payroll integration functionality

  2. Communicating with, and following up with, our partner teams to ensure action items are completed, timely

  3. Aligning plan features set up at the payroll provider with that which is set up in the Client portal, and vice versa

  4. Managing the set up of integrations for Client plans across Recordkeepers, including Client's newest plan types, such as Multiple Employer Plans and Starter(k)s

  5. Migrating existing clients to the most up-to-date integration methods & deactivating existing clients integrations upon request

  6. Increasing client speed to complete Onboarding though scheduled checks of accurate & successful completion of project tasks

Internal VW Lingo of Responsibilities:

  1. Deactivating integrations

  2. Reconciling integration status for terminated plans, monthly

  3. Handling transition of existing integrations to new integration methods (i.e. SFTP integrations > API integrations)

  4. Starter(k) integration set ups

  5. Pooled plan integration set ups

  6. Supporting the team in checking first payroll for high volume check dates

  7. Activating integrations

  8. API integration set up

  9. MUST be able to have completed BACKGROUND CHECK for the project.

Compensation

  • Type: Hourly
  • Remuneration: $5 per hour. 
  • Role: full-time and Exclusive commitment
