Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the hiring process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position involves managing candidate interactions, tracking progress, and maintaining accurate recruitment data.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Resume Vetting: Review and evaluate incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  2. Candidate Pre-Screening: Conduct initial pre-screening of applicants to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  3. Phone Interviews: Perform candidate phone interviews to further evaluate suitability for open positions.
  4. Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate and schedule in-person interviews with the Branch Manager, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
  5. Interview Result Tracking: Maintain accurate records of interview outcomes, track progress, and follow up as needed.
  6. Offer Management: Prepare and send offer letters to qualified candidates, ensuring timely communication.
  7. Database and File Management: Update and maintain recruitment files, candidate data, and CRM systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Compensation & Schedule

  • Compensation: Effective Hourly Rate -  $5.00

  • Location: Fully remote & Full-time
