About the Role:
As part of our growing Sales Operations team at Client side, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Specialist to support the sales team in key operational tasks. This role will report directly to the Manager of Sales Operations, working closely with the Sr. Sales Planning Analyst, as they will be integral in handling daily ad-hoc sales team requests, proposal construction, and platform portal creation. You will help manage and maintain our sales support channels and ensure the smooth execution of operational tasks to keep the sales process flowing seamlessly.

What you'll do:
- Manage Daily Ad-Hoc Sales Requests: Monitor and address daily sales team requests by tracking the sales operations support channel and ensuring timely responses to inquiries.
- Proposal Construction: Assist in creating, reviewing, and ensuring proper formatting of sales proposals to support the sales team’s top-of-funnel activities.
- Platform Service Portal Creation: Build platform service portals which facilitate mid-funnel client data collection, service selection/design, and onboarding preparation.
- Sales Operations Support: Assist in the execution of new sales processes by working closely with the Sales Operations Manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery on SLAs..
- CRM Data Maintenance: Support Salesforce data management efforts, ensuring records are updated, accurate, and aligned with operational requirements.
- Documentation and Process Support: Help document and maintain sales processes, procedures, and best practices to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience with Salesforce
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented approach
- Enthusiasm for learning and growing within Sales Operations
Bonus points for:
- Prior experience in sales operations or customer support
- Familiarity with the retirement industry or financial services
- Basic understanding of sales metrics and KPIs
- Familiarity with data visualization tools

Compensation
- Type: Hourly
- Remuneration: $5 per hour.
- Role: full-time and Exclusive commitment
