Talent Acquisition Specialist (Malaysia)

Responsibilities
- Drive the full-cycle recruitment process, leveraging creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and manage day-to-day recruitment operations
- Perform comprehensive candidate evaluations, assessing qualifications, skills, and cultural alignment
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applications, update candidate progress, and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging tools, and best practices to continuously improve hiring strategies
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end recruitment, particularly for non-technical roles
- Skilled in evaluating both hard and soft skills during the hiring process
- Proficient with recruitment platforms, sourcing techniques, and market intelligence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring teams
- Results-driven with a strong sense of ownership: able to meet hiring goals, deadlines, and performance metrics without compromising on quality
- Flexible, eager to learn, and comfortable navigating challenges with a problem-solving mindset
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering a smooth, candidate-focused experience
