Client Relationship (MY)

Join our team at AffiliateUp as a Client Relationship Executive! In this position, you will engage with potential clients, assist them in understanding our offerings, and guide them through the onboarding process. Responsibilities

• Reach out to leads through various channels, including cold calling, to introduce our innovative products and onboard exciting new clients
• Brief product/service walkthrough and presentation to potential customers based on their needs
• Secure a commitment from the customer to begin using our products or services
• Meet and exceed monthly conversion targets
• Keep track of customer interactions and update the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system with relevant information
• Reaching KPI targets set by the manager. Desire to exceed targets

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in account management, client relationship or any relevant client facing roles
• Knowledge and mastery of sales techniques and achieving customer satisfaction
• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, manage accounts and build relationships
• Attention to details and eager to contribute to a supportive and high-performing team environment
• Proactive and motivated approach, with a passion for achieving personal and team goals
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with a diverse customer base
