About the Role

You'll embed directly into our Revenue Operations team and contribute to the real work of running GTM at a high-growth SaaS company. That means building reports, digging into pipeline data, optimizing systems, and helping sales and marketing leadership make smarter decisions — not just shadowing or sitting in on meetings.

By the end of the summer, you'll have shipped real deliverables: cleaner data, automated workflows, improved dashboards, and analyses that directly influence how we go to market.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and improve CRM data quality, including hygiene audits, field standardization, and workflow automation in HubSpot or Salesforce
Build and maintain dashboards and reports tracking pipeline health, funnel conversion, and revenue performance across Sales and Marketing
Utilize AI to automate and enhance core RevOps functions such as lead routing, pipeline forecasting, and attribution analysis to surface actionable GTM insights
Support the design and documentation of sales processes, playbooks, and system workflows
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to gather inputs and support strategic planning
Take on ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior GTM leadership

Who You Are

Preferred: MBA or graduate student pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field
Also considered: undergraduate students with a strong analytical background and relevant experience
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce) or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar)
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; SQL experience is a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Eager to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Prior internship or coursework in sales operations, marketing analytics, consulting, or SaaS is a plus

Compensation & Details

Hourly rate: $20–$30/hour, depending on experience and education level
Duration: 12 weeks, full-time
Hybrid work schedule with in-office time in our New York location (Monday - Thursday)
