accessiBe is expanding into Europe, and we’re looking for our first Sales Executive, primarily for the UK market, with other markets to follow, and help lead that growth.
As the first sales hire in the region, you’ll play a pivotal role in opening a brand-new market, shaping our go-to-market strategy in the UK, and working directly with leading businesses to solve real accessibility and compliance challenges. What will you do:
- Full cycle Account Executive - Identify, build awareness and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, emailing, negotiating and closing deals.
- Understand the mission of accessiBe and how it can play a pivotal role in your customers accessibility and compliance.
- Drive and manage all sales initiatives specifically for the UK market
- Continuously improve the processes analysis and tactics used by accessiBe AE’s
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience selling technical solutions, value selling, and/or consultative sales techniques while following a structured sales process.
- In-depth knowledge of the full sales cycle with a keen eye for identifying and qualifying opportunities.
- You have a proactive and self-starting approach with a high level of autonomy.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS with a proven track record of consistently exceeding aggressive targets
- Ability to speak another language such as: German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch in addition is a huge +
- Ability to adapt to an ever changing environment, preferably with experience at a late stage start-up.
- SalesForce knowledge and/or a background in digital accessibility is a +.
