We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically sharp FP&A Analyst – G&A Business Partner to join our dynamic Finance team in Budapest, Hungary. In this vital role, you will serve as a strategic business partner to our global General & Administrative (G&A) functions—HR, Legal, IT, and Finance—providing insights that enhance operational efficiency, cost management, and data-driven decision-making.

Job Responsibilities:
- Business Partnership & Planning
Partner directly with G&A function stakeholders to develop, manage, and monitor budgets, headcount plans, and forecasts. - Financial Close & Reporting
Support monthly and quarterly close processes, including proposing expense reclassifications and detailed variance analyses against forecast and budget. - Insight-Driven Analysis
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify cost drivers, efficiencies, and investment opportunities across G&A departments. - Dashboarding & Tooling
Design and maintain dynamic dashboards, financial models, and performance tracking tools to support real-time decision-making. - Leadership Reporting
Prepare executive-level reporting packages with insightful commentary and actionable recommendations. - Cost Allocation Management
Ensure the accurate and consistent allocation of shared service costs across global entities. - Strategic Forecasting & Planning
Contribute to the annual budgeting and long-range strategic planning processes with scenario modeling and risk analysis. - Ad Hoc Support
Deliver financial support for special initiatives, business cases, and process improvement projects.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in English, MS-Office tools, and strong analytical/modeling capabilities.
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and the relationship between financial statements.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate and influence across functions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience supporting G&A functions such as HR, Legal, IT, and/or Finance.
- Familiarity with FP&A platforms (e.g., Vena, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan), NetSuite, and PowerBI.
- Previous experience in a multinational or matrixed environment.
