The Role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer who is a true engineering generalist - someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is comfortable jumping in wherever needed across the stack.

This is a pure Individual Contributor (IC) role with no people management expectations, but a high bar for judgement and execution. You will work closely with other engineers to solve complex, ambiguous problems.

Note: This is a 100% onsite role. Due to the nature of our work and the environments we support, you will be required to work from our physical offices and travel occasionally across the Middle East.

What You’ll Work On

• Work alongside peers to build and iterate on features across the frontend, backend, and system orchestration layers.
• Develop robust Python backend services that handle complex workflows, data flows, and integrations.
• Jump into React and TypeScript to build high-quality applications focused on clarity and performance.
• Integrate AI model outputs into real production workflows (prior experience is a plus, but not a requirement).
• Contribute to the design of clean, extensible APIs and internal abstractions that shape the long-term platform.
• Ensure every contribution meets our standards for reliability, observability, and maintainability.

What We’re Looking For

Must Haves:

• Strong experience as a Senior Software Engineer building production-grade systems.
• Fluency in Python and TypeScript, with a proven ability to move fluidly between frontend and backend logic.
• Strong grasp of system design, data modeling, API design, and debugging in distributed environments.
• Ability to work 100% onsite and travel within the Middle East region as needed.
• You take initiative and pride in what the team ships, and you are comfortable operating with ambiguity.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working with applied AI or ML systems in production.
• Experience building or integrating complex, stateful, or real-time systems.
• Experience in early-stage startups or small, high-talent density teams.
