About the Role
Tripledot Studios is building a long-term talent pipeline in Indonesia to address gaps in specialized game development roles.
You will design, launch, and scale early careers programs — from university partnerships to academy/bootcamp models — and convert top talent into full-time hires.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute early careers strategy in Indonesia
- Build and manage university partnerships
- Design and run academy / bootcamp programs
- Own the end-to-end funnel (sourcing → selection → program → hiring)
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure job-ready talent quality
- Track KPIs, conversion rates, and program impact
Requirements
- HR / Talent Acquisition professional with experience building or managing early-career programs
- Strong stakeholder management & cross-functional collaboration
- Data-driven (comfortable with funnel metrics & hiring targets)
- Hands-on, able to operate from strategy to execution
