The Education Leaders Institute (ELI) is a strategic initiative of Riyadh Schools Group, a subsidiary of The Misk Foundation. ELI’s mission is to equip Saudi youth—recent graduates or experienced teachers—with the skills and competencies they need to become innovative and impactful educational leaders. Through targeted programs, ELI focuses on skilling, reskilling, and upskilling individuals, empowering them to drive positive change in the educational ecosystem within Riyadh Schools Group.

 

The academic programs consist of three tracks:

  • School Leaders Track
  • Teachers Track
  • Teacher Assistants Track

Eligibility Criteria for the Program

Please include the following conditions in the registration process:

  • The applicant must be a Saudi national.
  • The applicant must be registered on the Unified National Employment Platform (Jadarat).
  • The applicant must not be currently employed or receiving a retirement salary.
  • The applicant must not have a commercial registration.
  • The applicant must not be on the prohibited list

- For the Leaders Track, candidates must achieve a minimum IELTS score of 6.0 to 6.5 or its equivalent (with no less than 6.0 in any element). 

- For the Teachers Track, candidates must achieve a minimum IELTS score of 5.0 to 6.0 or its equivalent (with no less than 5.0 in any element). 

- For the Teacher Assistants Track, candidates must achieve a minimum IELTS score of 4.5 or its equivalent (with no less than 4.0 in any element).

If you do not currently have an IELTS, TOEFL, or STEP score, you may instead submit the Linguaskill test result offered by Alfaisal Academy.

Please note the following requirements:

  • For the Leaders Track, a B2 level is required.

  • For the Teachers and Teacher Assistants Tracks, a B1 level is required.

Linguaskill test results are typically available within 48 hours of taking the test.
