We’ve won multiple Best Place to Work and Agency of the Year awards, and our clients include Krispy Kreme, Levi’s, AH Beard, Google Cloud and more.  We’re now looking for a Social Media Manager to help lead our social media campaigns to tell innovative brand stories.

The role you’ll play

As a Social Media Manager you will be delivering our clients’ stories through smart social ideas across both organic and paid, compelling content and influencer collaborations. You live and breathe social and content; you stay on top of trending content and audience behaviors to inform opportunistic content and strategies that align to clients’ objectives. 

A communicator by nature, you’ll work with the team to deliver campaigns with real impact and be the client’s day-to-day contact on all things social and content. You are a natural leader and a source of inspiration and support for the team who you’ll work closely in collaboration with on integrated campaigns, providing guidance and direction to help them succeed in their roles. You will be experienced in client management and account service and you ensure campaign work is delivered on time, and produced to a high standard.

To be successful in this role you’ll need

  • Between 4-6 years of experience in delivering social media campaigns either at an agency (preferred) or in-house.
  • Experience across a range of social media marketing platforms and channels, which must include social media, user-generated content, creator campaigns, paid social media, and more. 
  • Experience in paid media, including owning paid strategy and execution.
  • Ability to independently take a social media strategy, assemble a team and get stuck into the work with minimal supervision. 
  • Excellent client management and account service skills who can lead a campaign from start to finish
  • Strong knowledge of social media trends, creators, platforms and pop culture.
  • Understanding of the role social plays in a wider integrated campaign and are comfortable leading and collaborating with a cross functional team
  • Experience in social media analytics, algorithms and content best practices, and using social media tools such as CreatorIQ, Sprout, and others to develop insights.
