We are a fast-growing hospitality group with existing hotels and workspaces in some of Europe's most exciting locations and many more projects under construction. We break new ground with our Lean Luxury philosophy, creating a contemporary and affordable form of luxury. Our Ruby Ninu Workspace and Corporate Office on the beautiful island of Malta, bundles together with the teams in Munich, all front office, marketing and revenue activities outsourced from the hotels. The central reservations department is responsible for processing booking enquiries and incoming payments for room reservations for all our hotel locations.

- support your team with day-to-day booking tasks and confidently manage enquiries, no-shows, cancellations and special cases
- ensure the quality of the booking system, check payments and invoices, and keep our booking guidelines up to date
- manage your shift with a clear overview, allocate tasks effectively and bring clarity to a dynamic day-to-day operation
- are a valued point of contact for team members, guests, corporate clients and OTAs, and handle complex enquiries and guest feedback
- support induction processes, deliver training and provide feedback, thereby fostering knowledge, motivation, team spirit and professional development
- analyse reports and forecasts, identify patterns and thereby improve our processes and systems in line with our Lean Luxury principle
- ensure a professional yet warm guest journey across all communication channels
- actively contribute to projects, conduct interviews and support the professional development of your team members
We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:
- completed a vocational qualification in the hotel or catering industry
- several years’ experience in hotel reservations or guest services and have already led your first teams in a professional capacity
- a professional, warm manner and strike the right note in every situation
- analytically, work in a structured manner and place great importance on quality and accuracy – both in your own work and within the team
- a talent for recognising potential, supporting your team with enthusiasm, and sharing your knowledge with others
- comfortable using digital tools; MS Office and PMS systems are part of your everyday work
- an in-depth understanding of hotel operations, policies and processes and apply this knowledge with confidence
- fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
