  • lead and inspire an international team of Sales Executives and Managers, creating one team spirit across different locations and markets
  • take full responsibility for the performance, engagement and development of your team
  • support Ruby's growth journey by driving market entries, pre-openings and strategic commercial projects
  • collaborate closely with Revenue, Marketing, Operations and other teams to deliver one seamless customer experience
  • challenge existing ways of working, think entrepreneurially and help shape the future of Ruby

 

We've been waiting for you, since you have/are:

  • successfully completed a training in the hospitality industry and/or have a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or comparable
  • at least 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Management and have successfully led and developed teams
  • passionate about hospitality, people and building meaningful business relationships
  • leadership experience and know how to motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
  • think strategically with an entrepreneurial mindset and know how to turn creative ideas into results
  • confident working across international markets, cultures and stakeholder groups, building lasting partnerships along the way
  • have a data-driven mindset, paired with the curiosity and confidence to challenge the status quo
  • fluent in English and ideally bring good German language skills
