Enterprise Account Executive (f/m/d)*

YOUR MISSION:

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Parloa Inc, a leading company in the field of conversational AI, you will play a crucial role in winning the North American market.

Your mission is to spearhead new logos in new industries and contribute to the team's strategy and thought leadership. 
You will be responsible for managing end-to-end sales cycles within Fortune 1000 accounts, leveraging your domain expertise to break into large accounts and drive revenue growth.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Be responsible for attaining new enterprise logos and managing the sales pipeline by negotiating complex deals with C-level executives.
  • Proactively identify and create new business opportunities by entering new markets for our conversational AI product.
  • Deliver presentations and lead workshops for customers, showcasing the value and capabilities of the Parloa product.
  • Become a trusted advisor for your customers, advising them on how Parloa brings ROI to their business challenges and needs.
  • Create business opportunities by finding new use-cases for customers.
  • Contribute to our efforts in fully understanding our customers, their challenges, and how Parloa solves these challenges.
  • Collaborate cross-departmentally across Sales, Business Development, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Operations, and more.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • 3+ years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales in a closing role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong business acumen, honesty/integrity, cross-cultural expertise, positivity, curiosity, and the ability to understand customer problems.
  • A strategic mindset to identify new business opportunities, develop market expansion plans, and drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers at all levels.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for delivering compelling presentations and leading workshops for customers.
  • A technical aptitude to understand the features and functionalities of our conversational AI product.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment, where achieving revenue goals is a priority.

Salary Range

$210,000 - $280,000 USD
