So, what’s the role all about?

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Director of of Sales Enablement and Partner Readiness to drive scalable enablement across our Sales, Pre-Sales, Post-Sales, and Partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for building and operationalizing world-class programs that accelerate revenue, reduce ramp time, and ensure consistent, high-impact customer and partner experiences. 

This leader will own the design, delivery, and continuous optimization of global enablement programs aligned to NiCE Cognigy’s Agentic AI and customer experience vision. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, operational rigor, and strong cross-functional partnership across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services. 

How will you make an impact?  

Global GTM Enablement Strategy 

  • Develop and execute a global enablement strategy aligned to company growth priorities and go-to-market objectives. 
  • Partner closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success leadership to identify capability gaps and drive measurable improvements in performance. 
  • Establish a scalable enablement framework that supports rapid growth, new product launches, and evolving market needs. 
  • Align enablement to key business outcomes including pipeline growth, revenue velocity, deal size, and win rates. 

Partner Readiness and Ecosystem Enablement 

  • Lead the strategy and execution of partner enablement and certification programs to scale the ecosystem and reduce dependency on internal teams. 
  • Build structured partner learning paths, certifications, and implementation readiness programs that drive partner-led revenue. 
  • Partner with Alliances and Partner Sales leaders to ensure global consistency and regional relevance. 
  • Measure and track partner competency, adoption, and impact  

Certification, Skills, and Capability Development 

  • Own and evolve role-based learning journeys and certification programs across technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Drive adoption of advanced technical capabilities including Agentic AI, automation, and enterprise CX use cases. 
  • Ensure alignment between enablement, product strategy, and real-world customer implementations. 

Program Execution and Operational Excellence 

  • Lead the development and delivery of high-impact enablement programs including workshops, bootcamps, and hands-on training. 
  • Build repeatable program frameworks and governance models to ensure quality and consistency. 
  • Establish clear KPIs and dashboards to measure enablement effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Oversee the creation of scalable learning content, digital learning programs, and immersive hands-on experiences. 
  • Drive innovation in learning approaches including simulations, scenario-based learning, and real-world application. 
  • Leverage technology and AI to personalize learning and accelerate skills development. 

Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on enablement strategy and workforce readiness. 
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Services to ensure alignment across messaging, capabilities, and customer outcomes. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and accountability across the organization. 
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing global enablement team of 4-6 professionals across multiple disciplines.  

Have you got what it takes?

  • 8–12+ years of experience in GTM enablement, partner enablement, or sales effectiveness within enterprise SaaS or AI-driven technology companies. 
  • Proven track record building scalable, global enablement programs tied to measurable business impact. 
  • Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments. 
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. 
  • Experience building partner certification and implementation readiness programs. 
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value. 
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and operational skills. 
  • Experience with learning platforms, certification frameworks, and enablement technologies.

  • Reduced ramp time and increased productivity across Sales and Pre-Sales teams. 
  • Improved partner readiness and increased partner-led revenue. 
  • Increased certification adoption and capability maturity. 
  • Strong alignment between enablement initiatives and revenue outcomes. 
  • Improved customer experience through consistent, high-quality delivery.
