Talent Acquisition Specialist (Thailand)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle, using creative sourcing methods to attract and engage top talent
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, define ideal candidate profiles, and oversee day-to-day recruitment activities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of candidates, reviewing their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Maintain accurate records and track progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure transparency and efficiency in the hiring process
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices to refine and enhance recruitment strategies

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on non-technical roles
  • Strong ability to assess both technical competencies and interpersonal/soft skills
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and applying market insights
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling effective collaboration with hiring teams
  • Results-oriented and accountable: able to achieve hiring targets and deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
  • Adaptable, eager to grow, and proactive in solving challenges as they arise
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail, with a strong commitment to creating a positive candidate experience
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
