As a customer support agent with 5CA, you will be given the chance to work closely alongside us with extremely exciting companies. It is important to us that our people are the ones who understand our clients’ end-users: that gamers support gamers, that audio-geeks support audio-geeks, and techies support techies.

Whichever position you are applying for, you will be working on behalf of one of our clients to provide customer support for their products. After receiving top-notch training from our team, you’ll be ready to provide the kind of customer support that you’ve always wanted to receive from companies yourself.

Job requirements:

  • You speak English at a near-native level.
  • Speaking an additional language, besides English, at a near-native level is a huge plus!
  • You are available to work full-time (or part-time, minimum 28 hours per week) and in a fixed schedule.
  • You are a fast learner, you take initiative, and you are awesome at troubleshooting.
  • (Remote positions only) You have a dedicated, quiet work space, located within your own home.
  • Experience in a Customer Service environment or an international business setting is a plus!

(Remote positions only) minimum PC requirements: 

  • A minimum internet speed of 15 Mb/s download and 15 Mb/s upload with Latency < 120 - 150 ms (depending on the role), internationally
  • A minimum of 8 GB RAM
  • Windows 11 (All editions except Windows S Mode), or macOS 13.0 or newer
  • A processor with a CPU Mark of at least 9220, like Intel i5-8400, or stronger (Has to be 8th Gen Intel or above, if Ryzen, 2nd Gen or above)
  • A GPU with a G3D Rating of 4806, like GTX 760, or stronger
  • A smartphone usable for two-factor authentication that runs at least:
    • Android 10.0 or newer
    • Apple iOS 16.0 or newer
